Karl Schoening has broadcast for NCAA Division one and professional athletics. As Director of Broadcasting he ensures that video for SHN Sports Association members is as high-quality as possible. Karl currently works with UTSA, UIW and the Austin Spurs broadcasts.

Rob Hipp is a veteran of radio broadcasting with multiple division one NCAA teams using his play-by-play broadcasting skills. His background includes audio production, tech, and sales. Rob is currently the Voice of the North Dakota State Bison.

Mike Capps brings experience from major news networks and decades of sports broadcasting. As Director of Education, Mike’s goal is to help improve broadcasters’ skills with the knowledge he has gained from a successful broadcasting career. Mike has been the Voice of the Round Rock Express since their inception in 2000.
